1. Company policy and data protection
Privacy protection has an absolute priority for ULTRA MARINE. A particular effort is constantly done to offer a high level of confidence and security to the customers.
2. Use of personal data
ULTRA MARINE will use the personal data given by the customer only in the context of commercial relations between the customer and ULTRA MARINE. A needed E-mail address for the newsletter subscription will, for example, only find its use for the invoice of current information via E-mail. No personal data (i. e. E-mail address, name, profile etc.) will never be communicated or resold to companies or private persons. In order to preserve the personal data protection, the access of these ones will be limited to a minimum of our employees.
3. Password protection
Transactions are only carried out by means of the insertion of a correct and valid combination made of an E-mail address and a Password.
4. Firewall technology
Stored data in ULTRA MARINE’s systems are protected by modern firewall technologies, this to protect from none authorised access.
5. Cookies
ULTRA MARINE does not use cookies in its on-line shop.
6. Passwords
Insertion of a password is necessary for the ability of buying in the on-line shop. It is of great importance to keep strict secret and never divulge the key of access permission for non authorised persons.
